The Wisconsin River Sportsmen's Club encourages all young people interested in hunting and recreational shooting to enroll in a Wisconsin Hunter Safety Education course.

REQUIREMENT! All Wisconsin Recreational Safety Students are required to obtain a Wisconsin DNR Customer (WDNR) ID Number before the completion of any Recreational Safety Class and will also be required to provide that WDNR ID Number along with personal information to the instructor. You can obtain a WDNR Customer ID Number by calling the WDNR Customer Service at 1-888-936-7463 between 7a.m. and 10 p.m., or you can visit a WDNR Service Center during their regular scheduled hours. Visit the WDNR Service Center website for hours and locations.

The Wisconsin River Sportsmen's Club offers one Hunter Safety Education course each year. Registration for this year's course begins at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 18, at the Wisconsin River Sportsmen's Club, 10041 CTH Y, Mazomanie. Class size is limited. Pre-registration is encouraged to ensure that adequate training materials are available. There is a $10 course fee. Any student with special needs should inform the instructors of those needs upon registration.

• Monday, May 2, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 4, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, May 7, 9 a.m. till done
