Meeting Minutes
Summary
September 2, 2010
- Reviewed sporting
clays results. Discussed the purchase of stands, tables single throwers,
selling excess sporting clays birds, and permanent tower storage.
- Updates and
discussion regarding the DNR's fall plans for the Mazomanie Marsh.
- Members were
again offered the opportunity to sign up to work at Wild West Days.
- Members approved
a request from the Black Earth Fire Department to use the WRSC parking
lot as a Med Flight landing zone.
- Further investigation
will be made regarding minimum age for hosted shoot participation.

Member Notes
- Clubhouse rental
agreement.
- Clubhouse and Range Rules: Members
are reminded to sign in EVERY time they enter the clubhouse during
a non-club event AND to sign in EVERY time they wish to use the
rifle range.
- Whenever the clubhouse is used, members
are asked to turn off the red breaker switches.

- Members are invited to submit pictures
of hunting, fishing, and other sporting events to be posted in
our web's
photo page .
